Refund/Exchange/Warranty Policy

If your product is defective, please contact our customer service department within 30 days from the date of purchase. Our products also have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (with a valid proof of purchase, from an authorized vendor.) We also provide a lifetime warranty if the unit is shipped back to us along with a shipping and handling fee. Please call our customer service department for more information or to set up a warranty exchange.

If for some reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging and receive a full refund. Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid to the Sender's address (located on the shipping label).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 21 days. pchlife.com accepts only unused and unopened items purchased through www.pchlife.com website.
